Pupils can become actively involved in school matters by election to the school council. Each academic year one pupil from each tutor group will meet per half-term, where they are encouraged to share their views affecting the school and their wider lives.
The student voice is a powerful forum to bring about change as the Headteacher will listen to their views and support the School Council to realise their goals. One example is when purchasing the new mini-bus, as per their request, a neutral colour was chosen.
